This is a high-level closing opportunity for someone who understands premium partnerships, knows how to lead strategic sales conversations, and can confidently position AWAKEN as a powerful platform for brands looking to connect with a deeply engaged audience.

As we expand our sponsorship program for 2026, we are seeking a closer who can help us bring the right partners into this ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Sponsorship Sales Closer will be responsible for taking qualified sponsorship leads and converting them into brand partnerships ranging from $5,000 to $60,000+.

This is not a cold outreach or lead generation role. This is a closing role focused on leading calls, uncovering brand objectives, identifying alignment, and guiding potential sponsors toward the right partnership package.

You will work closely with the internal AWAKEN team, including Kristina and the Sponsorship Lead, to move qualified opportunities through the pipeline and close high-value sponsorship deals.

As the Sponsorship Sales Closer, you will lead the conversation from interest to commitment. Responsibilities include:

PositioningClearly communicate the value of AWAKEN as a premium live-event sponsorship opportunity.
Package RecommendationRecommend the most aligned sponsorship package based on brand goals and event fit.
ClosingHandle objections, create urgency where appropriate, and guide qualified prospects through the decision-making process.
Follow-UpMaintain consistent follow-up and move deals forward with professionalism and clarity.
Team CollaborationWork closely with Kristina and the Sponsorship Lead on pipeline updates, strategy, and deal flow.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, strategic, relationship-driven, and experienced in closing premium offers.

Proven Sales ExperienceExperience in sales, partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or a similar closing role.
High-Ticket ConfidenceComfort selling sponsorships or offers in the $10,000–$60,000+ range.
Strong Communication SkillsAbility to lead conversations with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
Relationship-Based Sales AbilityA natural ability to build trust, understand brand needs, and create win-win opportunities.
Event or Partnership ExperienceExperience with live events, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, media, or sponsorships is a strong plus.
Self-SufficiencyA proactive, organized, results-driven approach with the ability to manage follow-up and pipeline momentum.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for the right closer.

Commission structure ranges from 10% to 20% per closed deal, depending on the partnership and agreement.
